NO REFUNDS POLICY

Digital Products — No Refund Policy

All products sold by Go Lightly LLC are digital products delivered immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant-access nature of digital downloads and online assessments, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once a product has been accessed or delivered.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • The Am I Overreacting? relationship audit

  • Any downloadable guides, workbooks, or reports

  • Any future digital products offered by Go Lightly LLC

Why We Have This Policy

Once a digital product is delivered, it cannot be returned. The content, results, and reports are made available to you immediately and in full — which means we are unable to offer refunds in the same way a physical product could be returned.

We take the quality of our products seriously and stand behind what we create. If you have a genuine concern about your purchase, please reach out to us directly before assuming a refund is not possible.

Exceptions
