Go Lightly LLC — Terms & Conditions

By purchasing or participating in any services, programs, or offerings provided by Go Lightly LLC, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services Provided

Go Lightly LLC provides coaching services designed to support personal growth, self-awareness, relationship clarity, and nervous system regulation.

Coaching is a collaborative process and may include conversation, reflection, somatic practices, and educational tools.

Coaching is not therapy, counseling, or medical care.

2. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

By participating in any services, you acknowledge that:

  • Coaching does not diagnose, treat, or cure any mental health or medical condition

  • Services are not a substitute for therapy, psychiatric care, or medical treatment

  • You are responsible for seeking licensed support when needed

If you are under the care of a medical or mental health professional, you are encouraged to inform them of your participation.

3. Personal Responsibility

You are fully responsible for your decisions, actions, and results.

While coaching provides guidance and support, there are no guarantees of specific outcomes.

4. Payments & Refund Policy

  • All payments are final and non-refundable

  • Payment plans are a commitment to the full agreed-upon amount

  • Failure to complete payments may result in suspension or termination of services

For subscription-based services:

  • You may cancel at any time

  • Cancellation must be made at least 5 days prior to your next billing date to avoid being charged

  • No refunds will be issued for processed payments

5. Scheduling & Attendance (1:1 Services)

  • Sessions must be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Missed or late cancellations will result in forfeited sessions

  • Arriving significantly late may result in a shortened or forfeited session

6. Group Coaching Participation

  • Group spaces are shared environments requiring mutual respect

  • Disruptive or harmful behavior may result in removal without refund

  • Participation is voluntary and results vary based on individual engagement

7. Confidentiality

All personal information shared within coaching sessions or group spaces is to be kept confidential.

You agree not to share or disclose personal experiences of other participants.

8. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and resources provided are the intellectual property of Go Lightly LLC.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, distributed, or shared without written permission.

9. Third-Party Recommendations

Any recommendations provided are for informational purposes only.

Go Lightly LLC is not responsible for the services, outcomes, or experiences with third-party providers.

10. No Guarantees

Results are not guaranteed.

Any testimonials or examples are not promises of outcomes and are provided for illustrative purposes only.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating in services, you agree that Go Lightly LLC is not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching.

All services are provided as-is without warranties of any kind.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith communication.

If unresolved, disputes will be handled through arbitration in the State of Oregon.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.

14. Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
